Stephen started Flooring First Contracts in May 2023 along with his business partner Kieran. Stephen has worked within the flooring industry for over 20 years.
Lee Ford
Assistant Surveyor
Lee joined Flooring First Contracts Ltd in April 2024 bringing over 25 years of flooring knowledge with him. Lee joined as a Contracts Manager but has recently been working within our expanding estimating department whilst working closely with our Quantity Surveyor.
Richard Ashman
Site Supervisor
Richard joined Flooring First Contracts Ltd in May 2024 as a site supervisor. He has been in the flooring industry for 10 years. Richard is responsible for the day-to-day duties on Flooring First Contracts Ltd sites.
Harry Martin
Site Supervisor
Harry joined Flooring First Contracts Ltd as a site supervisor in August 2024. He was a floor layer for 20 years on domestic/new build sites and has been supervising and managing jobs for the last 5 years.

Since August 2024, Raff has been using his comprehensive industry knowledge to drive commercial success at Flooring First, specialising in end-to-end project financial management and optimisation. Raff is a dynamic construction professional with progressive experience spanning hands-on carpentry to commercial management.
Kelly Cox
Administrator
Kelly started Flooring First Contracts in September 2024 and handles our administration and day-to-day accounts. She was a Legal Secretary for 11 years before moving over to the flooring industry in 2017. Kelly is also now involved with organising our Social Value projects and is excited to help us give back to the local and wider community, including charities and NPOs.
