Our Story
Flooring First Contracts originated from its predecessor, Flooring First Ltd, which was established in 2017. At that initial stage, Kieran Ashman served as a floor layer and aimed to scale the business. To achieve this, he enlisted the assistance of several other skilled floor layers. Their expertise spanned a broad range of projects, including retail spaces, care homes, hotels, and gyms. In 2020, Kieran and his co-director, Stephen Clark, transitioned from hands-on work to focus on business expansion.
In 2023, they founded Flooring First Contracts and secured a significant collaboration with A&B Group for an 80-unit residential new build project. Presently, they are engaged in five additional new build residential projects and maintain an ongoing partnership with A&B Group.
In May 2024, Flooring First Contracts were pleased to announce their partnership with Barry Taylor and Simon Rose of A&B Group.
